Garmade Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Garmade, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and hassle-free shipping to our customers. This policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and key shipping details to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All shipments are sent directly from Shenzhen, China.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Average transit time is 5 to 15 business days, excluding order processing time. However, delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors.
Important Notes:
All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Customs clearance times are beyond our control and may impact the final delivery date.

If your shipment experiences an unreasonable delay due to an issue on our end, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the shipping cost. To request this, contact our support team, and we will process the refund accordingly.

Refunds for shipping costs will be credited to your Garmade balance, which can be used for future purchases. Refunds will not be issued to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order volume, and weight. The total shipping cost will be displayed on the final checkout page before order confirmation. To estimate shipping fees before purchasing, you can use our shipping calculator available in the shopping cart.

Additional Charges:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be canceled due to mismatched shipping fees.
  • If your order exceeds the courier’s weight limit or is being shipped to a remote location, additional charges may apply. We will notify you before processing the order.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

European Union (EU) Orders

We comply with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme for orders shipped to EU countries.

For orders under €150:
✔ VAT is collected at checkout, ensuring no additional VAT upon delivery.
✔ Faster customs clearance with no extra VAT-related delays.
✔ No unexpected import fees.

For orders over €150:
✖ IOSS does not apply. Customs duties, VAT, and handling fees may apply.
✖ The courier or customs office will inform you of the charges before delivery.

Non-EU Orders

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

🔹 Important Information:

  • Customs clearance times vary by country and may cause delays.
  • If customs fees are refused, the shipment may be returned or destroyed by the courier.

🚨 If the shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees:
✔ We will refund the order amount excluding shipping costs and any return fees.

🚨 If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs:
✖ No refund will be issued.

5. Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system.

🔹 Tracking Notes:

  • Some international shipments may not show updates immediately in your local courier’s system.
  • Once the package arrives in your country, a new local tracking number may be assigned.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

a. Check Your Tracking Information

Use the tracking number in your confirmation email to check your shipment’s status.

b. Allow Extra Time for Customs Processing

International orders may be delayed at customs, which is beyond our control.

c. Contact Our Support Team

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@garmade.com with your order number and tracking details.

🔹 Lost Shipments:

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation.
  • If confirmed as lost, you will be offered a replacement or a full refund.

7. Delivery Issues & Missing Items

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

✔ Check with neighbors or building management.
✔ Contact the local shipping carrier for more details.
✔ If still not located, notify us within 7 days so we can investigate.

If an item from your order is missing:

✔ Some orders may ship separately. Check your order confirmation and shipping emails.
✔ If your package appears damaged or tampered with, take photos before discarding the packaging.

📌 Report missing items within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of received items, and details of the missing product(s).

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

🚨 If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
✔ A refund will be issued minus shipping costs and any return fees.

🚨 If the package is abandoned or destroyed:
✖ No refund will be provided.

📌 Double-check your address before placing an order.

9. Delivery Failed / Local Post Office Collection

If a delivery attempt fails due to an unclear address, restricted access, or no recipient available, your package may be sent to a local post office for collection.

✔ Track your package regularly to avoid missed deliveries.
✔ If held at the post office, follow the carrier’s instructions to collect it.
