Pin function description:
1. 3.3V output voltage, drive current 100mA
2. GND module ground
3. OUT controls the signal output. When there is an object moving in the detection area, OUT outputs a high level; C-TM can set the repeated trigger time. If there is a trigger signal (there is an object moving) within the repeated trigger time, it will continue to output a high level. ;If there is no moving object in the detection area, output low level
4. VIN module power input, 4-28V
5. CDS trigger control signal; less than 0.7V, OUT always outputs low level; greater than 0.7V, the detection works normally, the CDS pin is connected with a photoresistor, and the module detection function can be turned off at night
Adjustment Section Instructions:
1. C-TM: Adjust the repeated trigger time, the default trigger time is 2S, increasing the capacitor capacity will increase the repeated trigger time, the actual calculation of the repeated trigger time can be done as follows, put a capacitor on the C-TM, and test the frequency f of pin 3 of 9196 , repeated trigger time T= (1/f) *32768
2. R-GN detection distance adjustment, connected to a resistor, the detection distance becomes smaller, not connected, the detection distance is about 7m, connected to a 1m resistor, the detection distance is about 5m, the customer can adjust according to the actual situation
3. The internal VCC of R-CDS is connected in parallel with the internal 1m resistor to the CDS pin (that is, 9 pin 9196) through the R-CDS. The CDS is connected to the photoresistor, and the module detection function can be turned off at night, and R can be set according to the actual ambient brightness. -CDS value
Attention should be paid to the application design:
1. There must be no metal shielding in front of the sensing surface
2. There should be more than 1CM space reserved at the front and back of the sensing surface
3. The module is as parallel as possible to the plane of the mounting carrier
4. The application is effective in a certain detection area
5. The component side of the module is the positive sensing side, and the reverse side is the negative sensing side, and the negative sensing side has a slightly poorer sensing effect
6. Microwave modules cannot be used on a large scale in the same area, otherwise there will be mutual interference, and the distance between individual bodies is greater than 1M
