  1. During this process, we will investigate the incident, and in order to be able to close it quickly and in the right way we may ask you for:
    • We may ask you to confirm your delivery address again.
    • In case the product does not correspond to the description, we will ask you for pictures or videos in which you will need to highlight the exact problem.
    • We can also ask you to confirm other information that could help us in the process.
    Refusal to provide the requested information and non-cooperation may lead to the suspension of the process.
  2. The Money Back Program does not cover the following situations.
    • If the non-arrival of goods and/or services is due to error or miscommunication on the part of the buyer (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address etc).
    • If the received item corresponds to the description and the product in the order but is not the one you wanted, due to a wrong model, color, etc. In this case, you have to open a return request.
  3. By participating in this Buyer Protection, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
    • You undertake to provide only correct information.
    • Any fraud and/or abuse by you will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to this Buyer Protection and will be immediately reported.
